I couldn't help but notice ZAHA's glistening vinyl catching the late afternoon sun -- bringing to mind Burnham's white terra cotta at the Insurance Exchange. (See previous post).

  1. Wonderful as your photography is, these pictures don't come close to revealing how truly awful Zaha's pavilion looks in person. Some things are simply unphotographable.

    A perplexing monument to Burnham's legacy.
